Admittedly, this is not a stock for the faint hearted and is certainly high maintenance given the polarisation of views from instos and retail investors in the stock.

I have spent a lot of time in the past two months talking with management several times a week on a variety of issues (and visited the plant) - they are skilled, confident and also buying!

Despite the mistakes, I have every confidence in acquiring the stock at these levels - not a certain bet but a very good one nevertheless.

In my view, the stock will be back near $3.00 at the end of next year but will be much more likely acquired before then by Northrop at a similar price or by a private equity fund at a slightly lower price.

My advice is to hang onto them - there is not a lot of downside risk here.
