So would shorters have to provide EOS shareholders they have borrowed shares off, with the equivalent in SpaceLink IPO shares at the same price as EOS holders ?
I would assume so, a bit like, in dividend paying companies, having to pay dividends to holders they have borrowed shares off to short.
Could be a bit awkward for shorters, depending on the terms of the IPO !!
