As a general comment shorters "borrow" shares. I don't believe, for example, shorters get rights to dividends on the shares they borrow. It's like:
"Hey big insto! Can I borrow 1 million EOS shares from you for a few weeks so that I can screw over some retail shareholders?"
" Hey shortie! Of course you can but I'm gonna charge you 10 cents per share per day for the privilege?"
