Where did you get this info?
Is ~7 days really enough to actually to close the deal at this point assuming they're still currently making the rounds with investors. Assuming they're still pursuing an SPAC then there's a fair bit to do after this.
Am thinking we won't see anything substantial until October if that's the case.
