    We are registered on the NERS database under MGM Wireless Holding Pty Ltd (please see attached screenshot).

    As we shared during ourrecent investor update, we anticipate releasing our updated Life watch in thenext few weeks. This update will mean the device will function as a mPERS(Mobile Personal Emergency System), and be connected to a 24/7 monitoring callcentre.
