It is all to easy and convenient for management to hide behind ASIC and ASX listing rules @ram01. Just an excuse to keep investors in the dark IMHO, sure there are rules in place, but surly it would not include hiding a company's business plan. The situation we are in at the moment regarding funding is a perfect example, "the company knows what needs to be done,", we are expected to invest on such solid planing, almost like,, fingers crossed, it will all be good.. All to much spending our money behind closed doors for my liking.
