Hey Jimone,

I am wondering what particular listing rules they are talking about, because there is the rule that the market must be kept informed as soon as practicable if there is market sensitive news (except where that that news forms part of ongoing negotiations), and there is also the listing rules regarding the JORC code, meaning that resource estimates cannot be quoted unless they conform to the code (as we all know).

I also wonder if it could be argued that initial production figures could be part of JV negotiations and so can be withheld from the market. Hmmmm.

I don't mind if things take a few more weeks to transpire (they always take longer than shareholders hope , but I just hope that in the mean time there is no further finance raising causing dilution (esp to sophisticated invultures).
