There are 782 public hospitals in Spain , the National Health System has 2,914 health centres and 10,202 local clinics providing basic healthcare services to the local population.

There are around 230 hospitals in Portugal, with a mixture of public and private hospitals.

Rolling out to Spanish hospitals will take a lot of Eugeni readers and tests , Spain an Portugal could take our planed initial 30 million tests PA production on their own , the highest sensitivity tests will be mandated by national health authorities world wide for hospitals , travel /border control, the poor sensitivity tests will be banned like the ones below, one had more than £3 billion ($4.2 billion) in contracts to supply the tests. Since April 9, the TGA approval will be worth the wait.

A lot more dodgy tests that slipped in under emergency use provisions will be dumped , unfortunately this is has delayed ADO's roll out with 97.3% sensitivity and 99.8% specificity would have been verified a number of times , check out the big names that have made $ billions and continue to make $billions with DUD tests below, they certainly won't make hospital and border/travel control grade , what a joke Emergency use provisions are, no wonder Covid spread like it did!

Sensitivities for the antigen tests were especially low -- under 40% -- when the individuals had no comorbidities, were asymptomatic (just 23% for the Abbott test and barely 30% for Roche's), or had previously recovered from COVID.
In addition, the antigen tests also did poorly when PCR analysis indicated that the so-called alpha variant (B.1.1.7) was involved, which the researchers could not explain. They noted that earlier lab studies had found no loss of sensitivity with this variant.

A new kind of coronavirus test that is being widely used to screen people without symptoms had very low levels of accuracy at the University of Birmingham, UK, one of the few places where it was directly compared with a more accurate kind of test in a real-world setting.
Among Birmingham students, only 3.2 per cent of those infected with the virus were correctly given a positive result from the lateral flow tests being used there, according to preliminary data from the university.
The sensitivity of the test also depends on who uses it. An assessment ordered by the UK government found that when laboratory scientists conducted the tests, it caught 79% of positive samples, but when used by members of the public, that sensitivity fell to 58%. In November, a city-wide screening program in Liverpool, England calculated that the test had an overall sensitivity of 40%. This has raised fears that a negative result from the test may give people false reassurance that they are not infectious, leading them to engage in riskier behaviours that exacerbate the spread of the virus.
The controversy has not stopped the UK government from awarding Innova more than £3 billion ($4.2 billion) in contracts to supply the tests. Since April 9, people without symptoms have been able to order free tests online, while schools supply students with packs of the tests. All are advised to take the tests twice weekly, and report their results to the country’s National Health Service.
