Without reading all of that (is that new news?) I think I recall that PRL asked for the time and work obligations be extended due to the Govt inability to rubber stamp drilling there.
So I think the project is still viable.
Just need someone to dig back through old ann's to find it as I'm out and about and only have my phone.
