cikso: To me, you are fully correct. PRL is ALL about Uruguay and nothing else as far as I am concerned. Either PRL will come good/great or fail completely. High risk / high reward or alternatively a loss, of course. Hence, I do have a really small speculative position here in PRL. Naturally, I hope for a good/great outcome for all holders.
