He does have a lot on his plate but really it all comes down to the meat and 3 vegies
1. The meat. Marampa....does anyone really want it?, Sage has been spruking this is valued at $500mill for years now ( ie about 2/3 of what he valued the entire company at in his presentations). looking pretty grim now.

2. MCC again Sage has been "confidant" for years that he will get the $80mill, he lost the battle to have it dealt with in court and now its gone silent. how many millions have we spent trying to recover this?

3. Tax...another disaster, but maybe some hope yet on this one.

4. Cash burn, TS himself on $1mill plus, umpteen employees pulling salaries, for what? to do one or 2 "deals" per year if that.
