70% have already said they will rollover
15% will not even know what conversion means and will not return the form
12% will decide to rollover

3% of SPARCS holders (the opportunists and ST traders) think that they might convert, but now that BBI has announced that it is going to buy back SPARCS on market, have decided not to convert and sell their SPARCS for a 70% profit. This works out well for them, as they bought at .20 - .28 and are going to have them bought back in the region of .4
