One issue which has not been canvassed as much as it is possible is that BBI can pay out the 25 million sparcs holders by paying out a sum of around $A10.5 million dollars if by chance less than 75% voted against reset.
It would be in the interests of shareholders, directors for this to happen rather than conversion to th applicable number of BBI shares at this time.
