Most holders in New Zealand have been advised to vote yes for conversions and yes for reset, which means that BBI shareholders will panic when the numbers come out until the May meeting in which an agreed percentage (in excess of 75%) will vote for reset.

Despite there being 146,000,000 BBN010 sparcs on issue there have only been about 2,000,000 sold. Only those 2,000,000 holders purchased at a discount have an advantge in conversion. If only they voted for conversion they would win and the majority would not!

The majority are long term bond holders or instos who have already realised the risk of no reset and thus will vote for the new reset date.
