I think you saw lots of BBI holders bailing out on Friday in anticipation of the circa 250M new BBI securities hitting the market in the coming days.
No-one has any idea what the intentions of those ex-SPARCS holders are. My gut feeling is that a lot of them will want to sell their new BBI securities quickly (the reason being they converted SPARCS to BBI to extract their $1 worth of SPARCS via BBI).
Who knows what will happen this week?
