    The DOW was down Friday night and approximately 250M new BBI are being issued Monday so one would expect BBI to drop further.
    Having said that, BBI will probably go up just to prove the market is irrational just like it was on Friday when BEPPA dropped, even though the SPARCS vote was positive for BEPPA.
