Dargie, thanks for that, that is a VERY strange ruling, surely normally the vote would have to be of all bond holders I would have thought.
They needed 21 million more votes, as you say 11 milion to have had a different view- very interesting who was the recalcitrant bodholder- do we know? It could not have been a new holder as I don't think any new holder that many
