Just got off the phone to IR. I got some really good info from them by asking some carefully worded questions
Took everything they said with a grain of salt.

A few things to note:

1/ They expect the VAST majority of SPARCS holders to rollover. Something like 90% of the holders have held since day 1.

2/ There is no volume in recent trades in SPARCS on the NZX (if someone could verify this it would be great)


They also said that to their knowledge they have NO instruction from the banks to not pay out cash for the SPARCS due to having to pay down corporate debt.
