Dis, the majority are holing BBI, therefore your suggestion might be to sell Beppa, I don't agree with that scenario. The best answer for EACH SPARCS shareholder is to determine what the majority will do.

Fortunately many will follow the instos which will not be able in many cases to convert. Many mom and pop shareholders will blindly follow their brokers, who will logically reccommend holding.

For profit motivated (rather than earnings), the answer is in my opinion simple. I am interested in alternate views of course of SPARCS holders, these may not have synergy with BBI holders.
