    I am not so worried about the income falling, after all the debt will fall as well.

    I am more concerned that once you sell the good assets, the others become harder to sell and if defeats the purpose of selling them and will destroy shareholders wealth.

    There will be a line in the sand that says "stop selling off good assets cheaply and address the pref shares problem by restructuring them".
