    Dargie, the company having no corporate debt, paid out sparcs and BBN020 would then be a cash cow with only the beppa preference shares as any long term liability. It coukd the purchase beppa shares on market, do a deal with beppa holders as interest bearing debt, or if it has achieved investment rating borrow to repay part of beppa

    It is inconceivable that companies with such regulated income assets would have zero corporate debt. Beppa could be managed with revenue and higher expectations particularly if as we all expect inflation increases
    a. revenue
    b. asset valuations
