Read a bit more, conversion etc Read the expanatory memo of the failed extraordinary meeting, they say what happens if! the vote doesn't get passed.
As I was looking this up I was wondering if I had missed something about the 50% converters missing out on the reset conversion, but of course that would be impossible to enforce & isn't the case.
