Always sad to see an Existing CEO go especially when you have communicated with them and feel that they have done a good job. This is a dilemma when a company wanted to list in the US and someone with extensive background in the US especially with a big company comes aboard. It will be who is best to lead this company to the next stage. Maybe if ACL didn't have that ambition to list in the US, we would still have Pete running the show. Surely, Charlie would have been forced to leave in such a short notice. He wasn't even offered another role in ACL.

Thomas does have an impressive CV so hopefully his mates at Pfizer will try to buy ACL.
