It's only 2 weeks since they said they were starting 24/7 commissioning and we haven't even got to the forecast time of starting a "production run" (mid-March).

There wouldn't be much to report during commissioning apart from problems, problems and more problems. That's why you have a commissioning period!! I'd rather not get any announcement while that's happening because then the market just starts jumping at shadows. It could quite easily take twice the expected time and for that not to be indicative of major issues with the plant.

Relax until they tell us that they are onto the Bemax ilmenite. If they don't tell us that by April, then you know commissioning has taken longer than expected. And all that tells you is that they have solved a whole bunch of problems in the meantime.
