    I assumed a sale price of $450m for NZ (based on a 7.5x multiple)

    With those proceeds split as:

    $300m to debt reduction. Total debt then becomes $750m ($1.06b - $0.3b = approx $0.75b)

    $150m left over for ASC funding.

    I will be highly surprised if they get 8-9x multiple.
