MT couldn't have "hinted" any harder that a higher dose than that given in PH1 will give a better result than the already amazing results.
You could clearly see this on some of the graphs that were presented. When cohort 1 increased from 2mg/kg to 6mg/kg not only did the alsfrs score flatten but there was actually an uptick. . .
This in itself is next level proof of safety and tolerability.
It appears that the harder you go with monopental the better the result. Win Win for everyone including patients
