The prior 19 days, arithmetic average of the daily vwap is just above 10c (at 10.08c). Assuming BBI does not trade massively differently to that price today, then conversion price will be very close to 10c.

BBI has disclosed 25.8million sparcs have been requested for conversion.

BBI's disclosure on 10 March (assuming AUD/NZD rate of 1.27 which is similar currently) suggests this will result in an additional 203.2 million BBI shares being issued assuming 10c conversion price.

BBI currently has 2.376 billion shares on issue. This implies an increase in the shares on issue of 8.6%.

These are my estimates, but may be wrong.
