I love the theory its the most discussed stock because it has the biggest potential and its only down because its so manipulated down.
When infact its the most discussed stock because some many investors got caught by the REE bubble. Its discussed to death because everyone has lost money on it, yet they prey and hope and attack each other because this stock has caused so much pain to the majority. Its got 190,000,000 reasons saying it will go lower in the immediate future. It sucks crack big time!
