yep I think they are too.
Im noting the OBM reserve inputs are super conservative so while relatively small the base is solid
i think PNR management are tired, and the market are tired of them. a fresh team needed,
and i think if LC's crew can turn this sow's ear into a synthetic silks purse they'd weave wonders at PNR
then an expanded production base with PNR assets this would be where LC's NST background would kick in.
maybe wishful thinking.
