IMO we are seeing the last chance to pick these up around 20c.
With drilling so close(any day now) the SP will push hard on the news.
All the money sitting on the sidelines waiting for that one last bit of de-risking will quickly snap everything up to and beyond 30c I feel.
The first target at Spasskaya will be a no brainer. Im sure it will get everyone's mouth watering for what's to come in this world class asset.
