I have never taken any interest in SPC as an investment and therefore have no idea how to answer that. As a general principle I only approve of tax/royalty concessions to get a grass-roots project moving. SPC clearly does not meet that criteria.
It may have been early in this thread I intimated that everything CCA does is designed to protect their market dominance from interference by the Free Trade guys. That forces me to assume that CCA entered the fruit business so they could answer any question that in the TOTAL pop/water/fruit/guarana markets they are not dominant. They are now entering the beer market where they will be a niche player. Is the juice business now unnecessary UNLESS they can be gifted money? Methinks so.
