It's a shame that the government has given Cadbury $16 million. Cadbury's profit was a billion dollars last year and Coca Cola Amatil's $125 million per media reporter.
Cadbury is probably buying it's milk from foreign owned dairy farms in Tasmania, while SPC is at least keeping the Australian fruit suppliers alive, along with an entire country town.
If it comes to shutting SPC down, I'd like to see the employees given the chance to run the canning factory themselves. Can't be that hard surely?
