I understand the reason for the company not working the penalty rates- the problem is many workers have to survive on the minimum of 600p/w which when is the only income coming in- sustainable.People only working the minimim to keep the company are doing the right thing -the problem is this group of workers are not the overpaid under-producing workers.The holden employee`s subside`s at 50,000 p/w -then producing a non-profit merchandize does the country no-good.I know the flow on affect-try telling that to the 73 SPC worker`s who where retrenched with no-subsides for their wages -no package payout and no retraining option.This entitlements have to stop=staring with the FREE LOADING POLITICIAN`S who produce nothing of VALUE -yet live of other tax-payer`s taxes.
