sorry was meant to add that if they were to raise the $70mil quoted, the price would have to be no more than $2.80 for blt.ax to raise that amount issuing the minimum amount of shares. to me it seems a catalyst such as viral impact with tt-034 or callimune data would not be released prior to the ipo. i would be disappointed if they did have data, even on only 1 patient and did not release it prior to the ipo (assuming the data was good).
