Listened to the Conversation hour with Richard Fidler this morning (ABC radio). The topic of conversation was about bogans. Quite interesting really. Richard Fidler asked the author he was interviewing why he liked living in a "white bread" area of Broadmeadows. White bread area? Hmmm... hadn't thought of generalising to that extent. what kind of bread do you admit to and what does that say about you? I like multi-grain, hubby likes white and sons like wholemeal. By the way if you like white bread you also probably don't have a degree either. Methinks they are being a bit harsh. What about people who don't eat bread or are celiacs? They're obviously not bogans either.
