The answer to your question is that Eastland does not intend to sell the project as a trade sale, but intends to increase shareholder value through (1) appreciation of its substantial holding in Berlin Pharma (2)ongoing revenue for years from Artemist.
It is more likely that the entire company is taken over, rather than EMS deciding on a trade sale.
