I may be moderated for not having factual evidence of this!!
However, in my reading of the situation, the company is very much positioning itself for yet another cap raising to sophisticated investor. Last time it was Otsana who ran the show and sold off the shares at 1 cent each - well below the market price to their special client base.
Potentially as they are running with the presentation, one can only assume that there will be very little difference in a potential future cap raising. The SP is around the same so to get their clients on board, I can only assume the price would be very similar.
You lot can keep paying the market price whilst those in the game get special compensation and thus will then dump on the market as they have done in the past, taking profits whilst holders watch the SP decline even further.
ie a pump n dump complete with a cap raising to sophisticated few!!
Now if this post is moderated, one can only summise that we cannot suggest that history may repeat itself. It is only my opinion and reading of the lay of the land but future buyers, BEWARE - do your own research into GDN or whatever they propose to call themselves in the future. Past history shows that management have a skill at writing Anns that can be read many differing ways...........
