    Yes, there definately is an upside.

    What has to be looked at is that there is a huge problem with power in Tanzania and all of East Africa and Africa.

    ATQ/Tancoal have been very active in addressing and finding a solution to this.
    The Government of Tanzania has supported them and given Atomic an opportunity to show that they can move a project of National interest forward.

    2009 will be a year where alot of the mining licences agreements (power purchase agreement) and pre mining works are completed, all the bankable feasability and progress to implementation.

    Even though the shareprice might be low it doesnt stop ATQ from progressing this power generation project forward.
    If they prove up the remaining areas of their tenements there is no reason why they shouldnt have close to 400million tonnes of coal.

    The important thing is that they have proved themselves, the work done in 2008 was very high quality and a footing to the growing energy industry.

    The world may be in an economic crisis, but everyone needs power and water (even in Africa)!
