    "Meanwhile, Grays eCommerce Group (GEG, $1.18), the amalgam of Grays Online and Deals Direct, reported a $1.23m profit on revenue of $100m.

    Grays boasts a $107m market cap, supported by $14m in cash. With an $8.5m valuation, Shoply offers more upside even if Grays is the more reliable prospect. Both are spec buys."
