Tolhurst Noall sent out research on 12 09 06 recomending them as a BUY and value them at a $1.10? (right on the bottom of the last page) there hedging is out but they have 30 mil in the bank so covering any short fall is no problem and hedge book is getting revamped so any loss is really recorded as a loss of what they could have got for it rather than what they did get for it other projects are coming up added value I would be interested if any one esle opinion on them after reading the article
