Spec Franked Div funded by rights issue

i would like to see the PRT board announce a renounceable rights issue to raise funds purely for the purpose of paying a Special Fully Franked Dividend. Once the funding is received then the value of the SFFD could be paid before next year’s federal election takes place.

I would be willing to tie up some funds for a few weeks in order to ensure shareholders are not disadvantaged if Labor wins the federal election.
