It appears this may be the case. You'd expect SP to be higher if a takeover is on the cards?
From Notice of EGM released yesterday:
Special Business Resolution 2
– Amendment to the Constitution to include Proportional Takeover Provisions
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a special resolution: “That the Company’s Constitution be amended to include the Proportional Takeover Provisions as set out in the Explanatory Statement”.
