    I'm intrigued by the AIM RNS that states that the acquisition would constitute a reverse takeover.
    If this is the case, it could be that MNC 'acquires' a bigger 'target' (i.e. an unlisted company seeking a quicker path to listing) and that the 'target' would obtain a controlling stake in MNC, which would then soon cease to exist in its present form. This could be a very good thing for shareholders, depending on the fit and the quality of the acquisition. Such things have certainly put a rocket under the price of small mining stocks in the past.
    Or I could be wrong - we'll find out tomorrow or soon after.
