More likes on that tweet in 10hrs than there has been on any of the posts put up by the opposing Facebook group.

As i have stated many times before, majority of the opposition lies outside the proposed mining zone, unlike residents within the zone, they do not receive any immediate financial gain so they are disgruntled.

It is very understandable that the predominantly older residents are upset and discouraged by the development due to them having a love for the current landscape, but at the end of the day this process is bigger than them and gives an entire community the opportunity for widespread generational wealth.

I just can’t see this mine not going ahead…
