No. I was ridiculing the claims of the Chief Ramper who claims EDE has the solution for every problem.
Reactor buildings are not containment vessels exposed to high levels of radiation, pressure and corrosive materials (as suggested by MB). They use ordinary 40-50Mpa concrete (often containing fly ash or Ground Blast Furnace Slag to reduce cost) - not some exotic and expensive high performance product.
Edencrete is not a solution for this situation. CNT makes weak concrete moderately strong, However it doesn't make strong concrete significantly stronger. It would be prohibitively expensive and pointless for this application
FYI he current record for concrete compressive strength is 480MPa or approximately 15x as strong as the 4 gal/Yd3 product used in the GDOT trials,
