Interesting tactic would be to make the issue available only to existing holders on a pro-rata basis - say 5 x T3 for each TLS share held.
This would make it very nasty for the hedge funds that have large short positions and any insto that is underweight. If they wanted to buy then they would need to do so on-market, which would give the TLS price good support.
