Correct Shania, There is no tax on capitol gains but dividends which are not franked the tax is set at 15% .....As you say special rules apply to pooled investment funds for income derived from them . SPD will make a decision about the capitol return from CDS following their meeting on the 9th march. Ex date for the 11.5 cents is this coming Monday I believe.
