    It appears to me there will be a cap. return as well . The ex.date for this 11.5 cents div. is Monday the 19th feb.(next Monday) and pay date 10 days later ( March 1) and the meeting to discuss the cap return is 2nd week of March . Not bad for a sub- 30 cent stock . Cheers
