If it somehow opens below 20c, that would be the time to load up. Company is only returning $100m, that doesn't justify it having a stock price that values it below a $100m.
At that price it would remain significantly below cash backing with another $80m to come, still have decent projects to barter/sell and make it an attractive target for Evraz.
