I hear you there, blowy. Thing is, if we do get something like a dividend/capital return of 45c, the SP of NHC should go close to the divi price- and quickly, I'm guessing. If so, I'll probably be out then, too.
slightly off NHC topic, but in response to your thoughts on MCC, as I also hold: it's currently ex-dividend, but that won't last, and the SP should resume. There might be an arbitrage opportunity with the SPP, given the current media takeover rumour about MCC. I'm going to wait until the day the SPP plan is due and see what price it has before buying into it.
